Our tour packages are all-inclusive, covering transportation for the entire day, entrance fees to visited locations, guided tours inside these places, and complimentary cold drinks in the vehicle. The only exclusions are alcoholic drinks and additional food beyond what’s provided. 

Yes, we offer pick-up and drop-off services at your address or hotel for your convenience. 

The primary language for our tours is English. However, we can accommodate different language preferences including Spanish, French, Portuguese, German & Italian.

We provide full refunds for cancellations made at least a week in advance. For cancellations made after this period, due to force majeure or exceptional circumstances, please contact us to discuss refund options.
